ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to identify the production system in the processed
products cumin PT ASIMAS, analyzing the optimal benefits from the production of processed
products cumin. Data analysis method used in this research is qualitative analysis with
method descriptive is a used to identify the production system processed black cumin PT
ASIMAS and quantitative analysis with linear programming analysis tool used to analyze the
optimal benefit from the production of processed products cumin. Results of the qualitative
analysis showed that the production system in agro processed black cumin for subsystem
inventory and production needs, the company provides the resources higher than needs
ranging from supporting materials, to labor, while the amount of available raw materials have
the same needs. For the results so total product caplets of black cumin are 2.250 units per
production process with a selling price Rp 25.600,-, viscous extract black cumin product are
436 bottles with a selling price Rp 30.800,-, and ramuan 3D caplet products are 1.002 units
with a selling price Rp 28.000,-. While the results of quantitative analysis with linear
programming, optimal benefits from the production of black cumin processed products
showed that the combination of optimal output is obtained by producing caplets much as 2.857
units of cumin, condensed extract many as 388 units, and ramuan 3D caplets as much as 763
units. While the optimal benefits that can be obtained has a higher value with a difference Rp
3.176.225,- rather than actual profits.
