KREATIVITAS DAN INOVASI UNTUK MEMUPUK SEMANGAT KEWIRAUSAHAAN [JURNAL]

Abstract
An entrepreneur is generally more creative and innovative than a non entrepreneur. Things that are
not in other people mind have been thoght by an entreprenur so that he can find opportunities
based on his innovations. Desires to perform high quality achievements should exist in an
entrepreneur soul, because these can shape his attitude and behaviour to perform better and do
things beyond the given standard. Entreprenurship spirits should be fertilized with creative and
innovative actions to maintain the resulted benefits. Therefore, to be more innovative, creativity
which is able to provide positive values upon the existing sources is required.
